The Irish are nothing if not social… and astute business people. Recognizing those two great assets and the vast potential of the Irish community in New Jersey – there are 1.3 million New Jersey residents claiming Irish descent – a group of New Jersey business professionals launched the Irish Business Association in 2008.

About the IBA

Together our members leverage off our shared heritage and the inherent bonds within the Irish-American community to both foster social relationships and create business opportunities for existing and new members. The ties that bind the Irish-American community, including our social nature, serve as conduits for opening the doors of business opportunity, as well.

We also are affiliated with the Gateway Regional Chamber of Commerce, the largest business association in the New York/Northern New Jersey region, comprising 14 regional and local chambers. Each member of the IBA also is a member of the Gateway Chamber and enjoys full access to each of those organizations, as well.
